Terms and Conditions
Stafford Festival Shakespeare performs in the open air. We provide reserved seating in the covered grandstand. We recommend warm clothing!
All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable point in the performance.
Photography and any recording of the show are not permitted during the performance.
The venue is accessible to the disabled and wheelchair users. We recommend contacting us in advance to ensure your visit is as comfortable as possible.
Wet weather Policy
We will make every effort to complete the performance and reserve the right to stop and start the action as necessary.
Performances are not cancelled or abandoned before the advertised starting time.
No refund can be made if the performance is cancelled or abandoned due to inclement weather or any other circumstances beyond the control of Stafford Borough Council. Tickets cannot be exchanged for other performances or returned for resale.
Seating/facilitiesReserved seats in the covered grandstand, disabled access and toilets on site.
Food & Drink
A range of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks will be available in the licensed bar. There is also an on site restaurant hosted by the award-winning Lewis Partnership serving pre booked dinners and picnic platters. You are welcome to bring your own picnic.
Box Office
The Box Office opens 90 minutes before the performance starts.
Transport
Car and coach parking is free. There is also a free shuttle bus to the performance area.

Warm clothing
Please bring warm clothing as even on the warmest days, it can become quite cool later in the evening.
