Getting There

At the Heart of Britain between the West Midlands, East Midlands and North West conurbations, Stafford boasts superb accessibility to the M6, mainline railway services and the A50 link road to the M1.

Stafford Castle is located on the A518 Newport Road, five minutes from Stafford town centre and junctions 13 and 14 of the M6 motorway. Follow signs for Stafford Castle Visitor Centre.

Car and coach parking is free and transport is provided from these areas to the performance level.

If you are travelling by rail, fast and frequent services run to and from London, Manchester, Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Liverpool, Stoke-on-Trent, Glasgow and the South West, as Stafford is situated along the West Coast mainline between London, the North West and Scotland.
